Let me tell you something, I know for a fact that it feels really weird if you're not a Brad Pitt or Paul Walker look-alike and you have to put a picture in your profile. I'm truly sorry to put this right in your face people, but yes, looks do matter when it comes to online dating. I know many hearts are going to be broken after this but it's time we all face the facts. The first thing people do when they're checking out the profiles is that they like to see the photos. If you have an ugly photo, it’s all gonna go Chitty Chitty Bang Bang right on your face.

And for the love of God, please don’t do this thing that a friend of mine did last year. Was that embarrassing or what!!! So this is what happened, he actually put in my picture and I was quite surprised when he told me to come along for his date. That's when I actually found out what was going on in that stupid head of his. Stupid fool wanted me to tag along with him so that I could tell his date that I ain't interested in her, but hey, here’s my friend who happened to come out of nowhere and he is completely ga-ga over you. Good luck making out with him bitch!!! Nope, I was much too scared to do anything of that sort so I backed out of the situation rather politely for a change.

The moral of this rather stupid incident is that looks do matter when it comes to online dating. So don’t even think of putting up someone else's picture instead of yours because then that's just something sad and weird if you come to think about it. Pick out a picture that you look really good in and make sure that it doesn't look anything like a mug shot.
