In September 2005, I received an email from a member. I had been a member on your dating service for some time. I read his short note and looked at his cute picture... and somehow knew...
We met two weeks later for dinner. He lived 350 km from me, so this was not an easy accomplishment. He walked up to my front door with roses and Shiraz under one arm and his little puppy under the other. One look at this sweet sensitive man with a smile from ear to ear and I knew he was a keeper.
The relationship blossomed in spite of the fact we were ruining our cars from all the kilometres. Last July I moved into his beach house overlooking the ocean. We've been working diligently renovating it. We're almost finished, and it's truly a romantic dream house. This wonderful man has changed my life. We love doing everything together and enjoy and appreciate each other everyday of our lives. We're both in our 60's, so we had a very good idea of what we wanted from a partner.
Marriage is not on the cards for us yet; however, our life together is just as rich and fulfilling. Thank you for bringing me my knight at this time in my life.
