Confirming my email address?
The email address that you supply to us needs to be active and correct at all times. All correspondence from slinky members and staff are forwarded to your registered email address.
For this simple reason it is important that the email you use is active and is ready to receive emails from us. To ensure this, upon completing registration a Confirmation Email was sent to you. Please check your registered email address for this email and follow the instructions provided.
If for some reason you did not receive this email or you are unable to confirm the email address through this facility please send an email to us from your registered email address to Support.
In the subject heading type - "Slinky Email Confirmation" - and include your Slinky Nickname in the email.
Note: It is imperative that during your time with slinky that you do not have any auto-response or away messages activated with your registered email address. If you require such options with your email (e.g. work related) we suggest using an alternative email address for your account.
If you are receiving the Slinky Report or any Slink Mail as jumbled text (html tags showing).
You need to login - Go to My Home, then go to Edit My Profile. Go down to the email section - "I can receive - html/text/not sure" - click Text then Save.
