Can I Suspend My Account

Yes

- Login to your account - My Home.
- Go to - Edit My Profile.
- Click the Link at the top - Suspend.
- You can turn it ON or OFF at any time.

Your profile will no longer be viewable and you will not receive any mail. You can login at anytime in the future and reactivate it.

Can Admin staff delete accounts ?

No. Check our Terms of Use

Accounts are Suspended, not deleted - and this needs to be done by members themselves.

Profiles are not deleted by staff for the following reason;

- Our database records may be requested by law enforcement authorities should a legal issue arise with current or past members that may have met through our service.

- Profiles when suspended - are no longer viewable and no mail is sent (unless a batch has already been queued at the time of suspension - after which no further mail would be sent).
